Session 1

Techniques: Palm Strike, Leopard Strike, Front Kick
Theory: Home Alone

Session 2

Techniques: Practise all above, Leopard strike, Knee Strike, Back strike. Plus target practise
Theory: Home Security

Session 3

Techniques: Practise all above and Back kick Plus forward moving
Theory: Safety in public

Session 4

Techniques: Practise all above and train with kicking bag and punching bag
Theory: People you know

Session 5

Techniques: Practise all above and partner training in frontal attacks
Theory: Safety on public transport

Session 6

Techniques: Practise all above and partner training in back attacks
Theory: Safety in private vehicles

Session 7

Techniques: Practise all above in circles
Theory: Coping with fear

Techniques: Practise all above with eyes closed and ground attacks

Session 8

Techniques: Practise all above with eyes closed and ground attacks

Session 9

Examination for Level 4 at Nine Dragons Horse Club
