backgrounds and to watch them grow and thrive, knowing that these skills and mindset help them become more independent and self-reliant, taking meaningful steps toward economic and mental autonomy and freedom. <br \/>It is essential that we work closely with community groups and remain culturally sensitive and appropriate to their needs. We communicate with the group leaders to understand the protocols and customs that must be respected and tailor our programs accordingly.<\/p><p><strong>Gender-Based Classes:<\/strong><br
