Theory:
Home Alone
Session 2
Techniques:
Practise all above and Knee Strike, Back Kick, Back Strike
Theory:
Home Security
Session 3
Techniques:
Practise all above and front strangle
Theory:
Safety in public, including public transport
Session 4
Techniques:
Practise all above and train with kicking bag and punching bag
Theory:
Examination on level 1 & 2, with Certificates awarded
Learn Practical and Effective Self Defence Techniques
Have confidence, sense of empowerment and respect for self and others
