4x hour Session Programme , LEVEL 1 & 2

Session 1

  • Techniques: Palm Strike, Leopard Strike, Front Kick
  • Theory: Home Alone

Session 2

  • Techniques: Practise all above and Knee Strike, Back Kick, Back Strike
  • Theory: Home Security

Session 3

  • Techniques: Practise all above and front strangle
  • Theory: Safety in public, including public transport

Session 4

  • Techniques: Practise all above and train with kicking bag and punching bag
  • Theory: Examination on level 1 & 2, with Certificates awarded

Learn Practical and Effective Self Defence Techniques
